Pinkerton 21st at Cranberry Cup

Catherine Pinkerton has finished in 21st place in the Junior Women’s category at Cranberry Cup International which took place over the weekend in Norwood, United States of America.

On the opening day of her event, Pinkerton skated in the short programme where she fell on her opening triple Salchow combination. She recovered to land a double Axel and complete a Level 4 flying camel spin. A score of 31.50 points put her in 20th place overnight.

In her free skating, Pinkerton fell on a triple Salchow and both of her double Axel attempts. She garnered Level 3 for both her flying camel spin and change foot combination spin. She scored 49.66 points which gave her a final total of 81.16 points.

This competition was Pinkerton’s international debut.
