The new GDPR legislation requires every organisation to inform its members what information it holds about them, who that information is shared with and what that information is used for.

What information do we hold for each Member?
•We record Members’ Name, Address, Phone Number, date of birth, home address and email address of the member or member’s parent and/or guardian if a minor.
•We record whether a membership fee has been paid and by which method of payment.
•We record test levels and competition results of our members.
Who do we share this information with and why?
We may share your skating data with third party data managers who support ISAI in managing the sport. We will share only what is needed for those purposes with the relevant third parties.
What security is applied to this Data?
•We use up-to-date industry procedures to protect your personal information. Your data will be securely stored on a Microsoft Office365 cloud platform within the EU. This is protected with SSL encryption, password protection and advanced firewall security. Physical security is handled by our data centre provider (Microsoft). All data in the system is transmitted using SSL encryptions.
•Paper application forms are scanned and saved into the cloud. The paper version is destroyed immediately and the soft copy is destroyed in line with our Retention Periods outlined in our Privacy Policy.
